Steven Loyd, COTA                   

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant                          

Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine from Minnesota State University, an Associate of Applied Science as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from Herzing University, and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. As the owner of Mind Body Spirit Wellness LLC, he provides occupational therapy to improve your quality of life through individualized plans to achieve your goals. Since 2013, he has worked in group homes, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and hospitals including the Mayo Clinic Health System. In the community, he has teamed up with fellow therapists creating and implementing health and well-being programs at a senior living center based on University of Southern California's Lifestyle Redesign principles. His experience is primarily with young adults through the geriatric population with specialities in exercise programming, nutrition, adults with disabilities, lifestyle management, Graston technique pain management, senior living, hand therapy, work hardening, and falls prevention. Ash Rabbani, OTR/L                

Occupation Therapist                         

An Army Veteran and dedicated Occupational Therapist, Ash strives to enhance functional performance and improve the quality of life and well-being of his patients, no matter their condition, goals, background, medical and community setting. A graduate of Washington State University with a double major in Finance and Management and an Alumni of Eastern Kentucky University's OT program, Ash is driven by accomplishing patient goals and lives by the mantra of  "If there is a goal, there is a way to achieve it." His experience is in a wide range of settings including: post-acute rehab, in-patient rehab, school-age OT (elementary and middle school children), outpatient upper extremity rehab, teletherapy evaluations, home health, group homes, outpatient orthopedics. Professional areas of interest include: cardiopulmonary rehab, neurological rehab, energy conservation, orthotics and prosthetics, independent mobility and contracture management.  In his spare time, Ash enjoys strength training, playing with dogs, reading, and hiking.
